Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether this is possible.

Delivery charges

• Orders under £20: £3.99 UK Standard Delivery.
• Orders from £20 to £49.99: £5.99 UK Standard Delivery.
• Orders of £50 or more, excluding delivery: free UK Standard Delivery.

The final delivery charge is displayed in your cart before payment.

Processing and delivery times

We normally prepare and dispatch small items within up to 2 working days. Gift boxes, larger orders and made-to-order items are normally prepared and dispatched within up to 3 working days.

After dispatch, Royal Mail Standard Delivery normally aims to arrive within 2–3 working days. This means most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–6 working days from purchase, although delivery times are estimates and may take longer during busy periods or for some postcodes.

We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay. Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted.

Delivery information

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing the order. We cannot be responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If an order is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional delivery charge may apply.

Lost, damaged or incomplete deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, items are missing or the delivery appears lost, email enquiries@valegifts.co.uk with your order number and photographs where appropriate. Please contact us promptly so that we can investigate, but this does not limit your statutory rights.
