1. About us and contact

ValeGifts UK is operated by Valeria Estefania Martinez Trujillo, trading as ValeGifts UK. For order or customer-service enquiries, email enquiries@valegifts.co.uk. Our postal business and returns address is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Products and product information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Handmade, personalised and gift-box items may have small variations in arrangement, colour or packaging. Such variations do not affect the quality or purpose of the item. If a product is materially different from its description, please contact us under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Orders and personalised items

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected product. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation. Please check spelling, personalisation, selected options and delivery details carefully before you submit the order.

Personalised, made-to-order and custom items are created especially for you. They are not eligible for a change-of-mind cancellation or return, subject always to your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are calculated separately and shown in your cart before payment. We use a secure payment provider when checkout is activated. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

5. Delivery

Our delivery arrangements are explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We will provide the agreed delivery timeframe in your order confirmation.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible non-personalised online orders. Nothing in these terms removes or limits legal consumer rights.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but you retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
